Independent Living Services
Every young adult deserves the opportunity to thrive beyond foster care. Clear Path Development prepares young adults aging out of foster care for successful independent adulthood through life skills development, career readiness, mentorship, resource navigation, and personalized support.
Our Independent Living Services equip young adults with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to build stable, productive, and self-sufficient lives. Whether pursuing higher education, entering the workforce, or securing housing, we help them navigate the transition with confidence.
Life Skills Development
We equip young adults with the practical life skills needed for independent adulthood, including financial literacy, budgeting, apartment readiness, communication, problem-solving, and daily living skills.
STARS Program
Career Readiness & Workforce Development
We prepare young adults for meaningful careers through career exploration, resume development, interview preparation, workforce readiness, education planing, and employment support.
Mentorship & Advocacy
We provide mentorship, advocacy, and connections to community resources that empower young adults to overcome challenges and build stable, successful futures.
