Clear Path Development is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young adults transitioning from foster care through independent living services, career readiness, mentorship and community support.
Our mission is to provide young adults with the skills, resources, and opportunities they need to build stable, independent, and successful futures.
Our youth will age out of foster care, but they will never age out of needing care.
Clear Path is dedicated to helping young adults successfully transition beyond foster care through comprehensive independent living services. Our programs focus on life skills development, career readiness, mentorship, advocacy, and resource navigation to prepare every young adult for long-term independence and success.
Stars Program
The Stars Program prepares young adults for meaningful careers through career exploration, resume development, interview preparation, workforce readiness, education planning, and employment support.
Resource Navigation & Support
We connect young adults with housing, education, healthcare, employment, public benefits, and community resources while providing personalized guidance throughout their transition to independent adulthood.
