Clear Path Development is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping youth transition out of foster care and into independent adulthood.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for youth by providing the support and resources they need to develop essential life skills and become confident, productive citizens.

Clear Path is dedicated to ending homelessness among youth aging out of foster care. In addition to providing housing, we offer programs and services that ensure every young adult leaving our care is prepared, supported and equipped with the knowledge and life skills needed to lead successful independent lives.
Stars Program
Reach for the stars with Clear Path’s Stars Program, offering academic tutoring, career readiness training, resume building, and job interview preparation to help youth achieve their goals.
Open Arms Program
Clear Path Open Arms Program provides safe, supportive housing for young adults ages 18-21 as they transition into independence.
